The famous Jiak Kim Street in District 03 that used to be the former Zouk, is now turning into a $955.3 million condo project owned by the Frasers Property as a part of their plan to extend into the River Valley precinct.

The latter two units will give the residents the luxury of having their own private lift. The lifts will be taken from the lobby directly to their individual unit and vice versa. As for the unit sizes, they start from 554sqft to 2004sqft.
