A story about Alex Truelove, a teenage boy who has been his girlfriend for the longest time and one day at a party, he met Elliot, a boy who is gay and sparked an interest in Alex, making him curious. Alex started feeling confused after hanging out with Elliot, especially when Elliot tried to kiss Alex. It’s a good movie to watch as we slowly
When Harper was assigned to Barcelona for a work trip, her two best friends insisted to tag along. Harper then went to an EDM concert and started a romantic fling with the DJ. The girls then decided to ditch Barcelona and go to Ibiza instead and the rest is just crazy. Typical absolute girls trip with lots of crazy adventure and you’ll a good laugh out if this movie.
A story of 4 best friends going through ups and downs with love, family, and losses. It’s supposed to be a comedy, however, it also includes some grief and heartbreak, with lots and lots of weed. It’s something everyone who has been through high school can relate to and it brings back nostalgic memories.
One of the funniest Netflix movies so far. It’s Spring break and four teenagers are embarking on a journey in the woods for a camping trip. A typical high school trip with lots of alcohol and mistakes. The movie is called “The Package” for a reason. The adventure begins when one of the boys accidentally cut off his “package”.
To All The Boys I’ve Loved Before
Based on the novel written by Jenny Han, this Netflix original movie is produced by Will Smith. It’s the story of how Lara Jean’s love letters to five of the boys she’s ever had a crush on over the years was sent out to the boys respectively. If you love zombie movies, then this you’ll love. A father who is stranded in the middle of a rural area with his infant child seeks ways to protect himself and his child. Really exciting and impelling movie to watch with great acting from Martin Freeman, also known as Bilbo Baggins in The Hobbit.
Set It Up
When two overworked and underpaid assistants with horrible bosses meet, they came up with a plan to matchmake their bosses. Thinking that with their bosses getting busy with dating they’ll get more time off. They set everything up, without the bosses even knowing. It’s good to see Lucy Liu acting again.
You Get Me
What started as a one night stand turned out to be a psycho stalker. At first, I thought this was some romantic high school movie. It turned out to be some thriller and it’s really good, to be honest. Anyone remembers Bella Thorne from Disney days?
A remake of the original 1974 movie about how a stray dog comes into the lives of two siblings. I knew it was a bad idea to watch this during my period, I was crying so much my eyes were blurry for hours. If you love dogs, this is it. Be prepared for cute doggy stunts and lots of tissues needed for this movie.
Game Over, Man
This is so hilarious! Three best friends who work in a hotel, specifically as housekeepers, became zeroes to heroes when the hotel they work at was terrorized by bad guys. It has really bad ratings on Rotten Tomatoes but if you’re looking for a feel good, no-brainer movie to watch, this is it.
